Return and Refund Policy

In bazaarica.com, due to the high international shipping costs, we do not accept return of the items.

Instead, in case customer proves the problem(broken or harmed packages, wrong product sent etc) we give two options to our customers within the 15 days after their items are delivered to them

1- Refund the money which they send 

2- Resending the products 

Option1 – Refund the Money which they send 

When customer proves the harmed packages or wrong product send with the clear picture or videos, and ask refunding from bazaarica.com,  as bazaarica.com we do ensure completion of refunding their payment within 5 working days max. 

When we complete pay back progress, we do inform our customers via email or via WhatsApp message by sending bank pay back screenshot.

For the pay back progress, bazaarica.com ensures not to cut any amount from the original amount which customers paid and makes pay back for the whole amount.

Option2 – Resending the Products

When customer proves the harmed packages or wrong product send with the clear picture or videos, and ask bazaarica.com to re-sending the item(s),  as bazaarica.com we do ensure completion of re-sending the problematic/wrong item  within 5 working days max without asking any additional fee. Within this 5 working days bazaarica.com submits the product(s) to shipping company for delivery to our customers.

When we submit the resending item(s), we do inform our customers via email or via WhatsApp message by sending tracking link of the resending package.
