3. Mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant in a non-metallic container until a creamy consistency is achieved.
4. Prepare two pieces of RefectoCil Skin Protection Paper.
5. Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream under the eyes and place the protection paper beneath the lower eyelashes.
6. Using an application stick, apply the dye to the eyelashes or eyebrows, ensuring full coverage.
7. After the recommended waiting time, gently remove the protection paper and wipe away any excess dye with a dry cotton pad, followed by a damp cotton pad to clean any remaining residue.
