- Local Fulfillment: We maintain dedicated regional inventory within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). When an item is locally available in our fulfillment centers, it is prepared and dispatched immediately.
- Global Hub Sourcing: For exclusive items, custom wholesale packages, or when regional inventory runs low, shipments are dispatched directly from our primary support, quality control, and logistics hub in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Processing Timeline: All orders are processed, securely packaged, and handed over to our air couriers within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Options, Fees, & Carriers
We establish formal commercial contracts with premium global and regional express air carriers to guarantee safe transport.
- Our Shipping Carriers: We utilize DHL Express primarily for European and Western destinations, and Aramex, SMSA, and NAQEL for Middle Eastern and Gulf countries to guarantee local expertise and reliable delivery.
- Shipping Fees: All orders over $50 (or local currency equivalent) come with complimentary Express Shipping, guaranteeing fast and reliable delivery at zero cost to you. For orders valued under $50, a transparent flat shipping rate of $4.99 is applied uniformly at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Freight Exchange
We believe in full price transparency regarding international import regulations. Duties and logistical costs are determined strictly by destination and carrier systems:
- Freight Exchange Framework: Logistical weight and freight costs are automatically calculated based on the mass of your order and destination parameters.
- For UAE & GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): Bazaarica operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. For Aramex, SMSA, and NAQEL lanes, all import taxes, handling fees, and duties are covered entirely by Bazaarica Kozmetik. The price you pay at checkout is 100% final.
- For Europe, UK, USA, Canada, and Rest of the World: Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees (such as those applied via DHL Express to Western territories) are determined by your local customs office and remain the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
5. Real-Time Shipment Tracking
Every dispatch is backed by a distinct, traceable tracking sequence. Upon your package leaving our fulfillment nodes, an automated confirmation via email or SMS will be delivered to you containing your live tracking number via DHL, Aramex, SMSA, or NAQEL. This allows you to monitor the physical progress of your shipment in real-time.
6. Modifications, Cancellations, & Out-of-Stock Protocols
- 2-Hour Cancellation Window: Buyers hold the right to modify delivery addresses or completely cancel an order within a strict 2-hour window following order placement. Once a shipment is processed and accepted by the courier, modifications are completely locked.
- Inventory Anomalies: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, our support desk will contact you instantly via WhatsApp or email to provide immediate alternatives, product substitutions, or an immediate full cancellation and refund.
7. Delivery Security & Address Accuracy
- Postage Address Accuracy: Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring their postage and shipping address, contact phone number, and postal specifications are written accurately and completely at checkout. Bazaarica cannot be held legally or financially liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Signature Requirement: For added security and to safeguard high-value personal care shipments against theft, a physical signature may be required by the courier agent upon handoff. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please make arrangements for an authorized representative to accept it on your behalf.
- Damaged Shipments: In the unlikely event that your order arrives showing obvious physical damage or tampering, take clear digital photographs immediately and contact our helpdesk via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours to arrange a complimentary replacement or an official refund.
