Delivery Information:

Express Shipping:

All orders come with complimentary Express Shipping, guaranteeing fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method:

  • UK & Europe: 2-5 business days
  • U.S. / Canada: 2-5 business days
  • UAE, Oman, Bahrain: 4-9 business days
  • Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon: 5-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 2-4 business days

Tracking Numbers:

Every order includes a tracking number via DHL Express or Aramex, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Cancellation and Modification:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. However, once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible. If a product is unavailable, we’ll notify you and provide options for substitution or cancellation.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. Import fees and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We use DHL for European countries and Aramex for Middle Eastern countries to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Postage Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Signature Requirement:

For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please make arrangements for someone to accept it on your behalf.
