How to take HHS A1
Take one capsule a day with a large glass of water, either 30 minutes before breakfast or one hour after it. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Because the formula is taken in the morning, there is no evening dose; if you forget it, skip that day rather than taking two the next morning.

Who should not take it
According to the label, HHS A1 is not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under 18, or anyone with heart disease, high blood pressure or a thyroid condition.
