Add the entire GLUNO Plain Cookie Mix to the wet ingredients and knead until a homogeneous dough forms. Rest the prepared dough in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes. Place the rested dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thickness. Use cookie cutters to create your desired shapes, then arrange the pieces spaced apart on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated 170°C oven for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
