How to Use

You can prepare the cacao cake in two different ways:

Apple Juice Concentrate Recipe: Use 4 medium eggs, 180 ml (1¾ tea glasses) liquid oil, 40 ml (⅓ tea glass) milk, 200 ml (1 water glass) apple juice concentrate, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar.

Classic Recipe: You will need 4 medium eggs, 180 ml (1¾ tea glasses) liquid oil, 100 ml (1 tea glass) milk, 150 g (¾ water glass) powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar.

Before starting, preheat your oven to 175°C and grease your cake mold. Whisk your preferred sweetener with the eggs in a mixer for approximately 3 minutes. Then add the liquid oil, milk, lemon juice or vinegar, and the entire contents of the cake mix package. Whisk for about 2 more minutes until a homogeneous batter is formed. Transfer the batter to the prepared mold and bake at 175°C for approximately 35-40 minutes. After removing from the oven, let it rest in the mold for 5-10 minutes. Then remove and serve once completely cooled.

For muffins or cupcakes, divide the same batter into smaller molds and bake at 175°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
