How to Use

Two different preparation options can be chosen:

With Apple Juice Concentrate: Use 75 ml liquid oil, 70 ml apple juice concentrate, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

With Classic Recipe: Use 90 ml liquid oil, 40 g (half a teacup) of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Preheat your oven to 170°C. According to your chosen recipe, mix the apple juice concentrate or powdered sugar with the liquid oil and lemon juice. Add the entire 300-gram GLUNO Cacao Cookie Mix to the bowl and knead until all ingredients are combined into a homogeneous dough. Instead of shaping the dough immediately, let it rest in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes. Place the rested dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thickness with a rolling pin. After shaping with cookie cutters, arrange the pieces spaced apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. Do not leave them in the oven longer than necessary; the texture of the cookies becomes more pronounced as they cool after being removed from the oven.
